Brittany began her real estate career over 12 years ago and quickly made a mark in the industry. Just six months after earning her license, she opened 3% Realty, realizing a long-time goal of owning her own business after completing a degree in Business. She’s proud to say that she’s been an award-winning agent since her very first year and has consistently ranked amongst the top 1% of agents in Newfoundland and Labrador throughout her career. Beyond her professional achievements, Brittany is also a former university basketball player, bringing the same focus, discipline, and teamwork from the court into her business every day.

When she’s not helping clients buy and sell homes, Brittany enjoys spending time at the cabin with Justin, their two children, and their two dogs.
