Who is Candice?

Originally from Pasadena, Candice graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Her passion for sales and business started early, as she eagerly began her university studies while still in high school. This drive has seen her excel in every role she has taken on since.

Before launching her career in real estate, Candice spent six years as the Director of Sales & Marketing for a local company. After the birth of her son, she decided it was time to take the next step in her career. She prides herself on her strong sales and communication skills, with a particular love for marketing. Candice also spent time traveling and living in different provinces early in her career to gain diverse life experiences, for which she is grateful, especially for the lifelong friendships she made along the way.

A fun fact about Candice is that she was a bikini competitor for 10 years, placing in the top five in her last two shows. She deeply appreciates her 3% Realty family for shaping her into the agent she is today and believes the supportive environment has been crucial for her personal and career growth. Her two-year-old son, Blake, is the driving force behind her passion and dedication to her clients, as she strives to find them their perfect homes. Candice is also thankful for her supportive friends and family, especially her mom, Phyllis (a.k.a. Grammy).
