Julia joined Penney Properties & 3% Realty in 2021, but was well acquainted with Justin & Brittany prior to this, having managed another of their business ventures. 

This new role came easily due to a strong background in sales & customer service, but Julia has also loved learning anything and everything about real estate as she and the agents on their team help their clients turn dreams to reality. 

When she’s not in the office, Julia is a busy mom of two young children and devoted spouse to her husband Mike. Managing school & daycare drop offs, along with extracurricular activities have made office life a breeze, creating an ability to thrive on both organization & chaos.
